Following our roots in Ayvalık, we have expanded our Dem Green journey with a brand-new meeting point: the Dem Green Tasting Room in Maçka, Istanbul. We came together with friends to experience the rich, aromatic flavors crafted with Dem Green’s special olives, and we enjoyed delightful moments with our signature martini cocktails made with olive juice.
Our biggest motivation in bringing this space to life has been our belief that olive oil is not just a flavor but a connection that brings people together and deepens conversations. Now, our friends in Istanbul also have a dedicated address where they can experience Dem Green flavors!
